Terms and Conditions Instructions
- Each eGift has a unique 8 alphanumeric code that allows recipient to redeem either a value amount.
- The eGift is valid for use at any Manam shop. It is valid for dine-in or takeaway transactions only. Not valid for delivery via momentfood.com.
- The eGift is valid immediately after recipient receives it and until the indicated validity period.
- To use the Gift, the 8 alphanumeric code must be presented at shop location to the shop manager/cashier for validation.
- Multiple eGift codes may be used per transaction for as long as they are valid.
- The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of their eGift code. The recipient should only present the code to the shop manager once he/she commits to use it at the shop.
- The recipient must wait for the shop manager to finish the eGift code validation process. The shop manager will receive a validation response and will honor the redemption based on what is indicated.
- In the event that the Giftaway validation system is offline or unavailable, the eGift cannot be used yet by the recipient. The recipient may return to shop/redeem the eGift when the system is back online.
- The eGift cannot be used for certain promotional items nor as payment for reservation and/or catering related fees, or services. It cannot be exchanged nor converted for cash, credit, and other products.
- The eGift can be used to purchase non-food items limited to the Moment Card and in-shop merchandise.
- The Gift is only valid for one-time use. If the total amount value is not fully consumed, no cash change or any form of return value will be given to the recipient. If the purchase goes beyond the amount, the recipient must pay for the difference to complete their transaction.
- To settle outstanding balance exceeding value of the eGift, the recipient can use up to a maximum of two (2) forms of payment only for a single transaction with a combination of any two (2) of the following: cash, debit/credit, eWallet, and any acceptable forms of payment.
- The eGift cannot be refunded or voided once validated.
- The use eGift is subject to the existing terms and/or conditions of The Moment Group.

1. I bought a key by mistake (wrong platform / region / version or multiple copies) and didn’t use it. Can I get refund ?
2. The CD-key that I purchased doesn’t work or stopped working. What should I do?
- My key is invalid: If you see an error message indicating that your key may be invalid, please check for the following: Are you activating the product on the proper platform? Have you copied the key properly?
- My key is region locked: If you see an error message suggesting that your key code can’t be activated in your region, please make sure to check first if you purchased your key for the correct region (by checking the product page on uquid.com). Some of the products sold on Uquid.com have regional restrictions and can be activated only in certain regions or countries.

If the error message suggests that your key code has been used already:
Log out of your account and log back in, then check your library again. If you tried to enter your key multiple times, it may be that you activated it already but didn’t see the game in your library yet;
If the key you are trying to activate is for a DLC, it could be listed separately from the main game in your library. Make sure to check your library for DLCs or start the game to see if the code didn’t work already for you.

If you receive an information that your key code has been deactivated by the developer of the game, please contact us immediately and let us know of what happened with your key.
3. I tried to pay, but my payment/transaction is still pending?
Because of that, we recommend that you never close the checkout window in your browser or go back from a payment that is already being processed in Uquid checkout. Closing your browser window while your payment is still pending can cause issues with it and as a result interrupt delivery of your order – we wouldn’t want that to happen.
