Redemption Instructions
  1. Visit any participating Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd (UIPL) retail store or authorized service centre.
  2. Select the Apple product, accessory, or service of your choice.
  3. At the billing counter, inform the cashier that you would like to pay using a Pine Labs Gift Voucher.
  4. Provide the Gift Voucher code/PIN at checkout. The voucher amount will be deducted from your final bill.
  5. If the bill exceeds the voucher value, pay the balance using other accepted payment modes.
 

Terms and Conditions Instructions
This Gift Voucher is issued by Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd (UIPL).
The Gift Voucher is redeemable only at Unicorn Retail stores across India.
The Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
The voucher cannot be clubbed with any other Unicorn offers.
A Gift Voucher is redeemable for a single transaction only.
This Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, bank credit, or transferred to another account.
Partial redemption is not allowed. Once redeemed, any unused balance will lapse.
This gift voucher can be redeemed on any Apple product sold at Unicorn stores.
No extension of validity or refund will be provided if the voucher is not used within the validity period.
UIPL shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the Gift Voucher.
No duplicate or compensation will be issued in such cases.
Liability of UIPL is limited to the value of the Gift Voucher.
Bearer of the Gift Voucher code is considered the rightful beneficiary. Any redemption using the code shall be treated as valid discharge of UIPL’s obligations.
UIPL reserves the right to amend or withdraw these terms at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
Any dispute related to product quality, warranty, or service shall be addressed directly to the respective manufacturer/brand. UIPL’s liability will be limited to facilitating redemption as per policy.

The Gift Voucher is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Delhi only.
E-Gift Vouchers are normally delivered instantly but, in rare cases, delivery may take up to 24–48 hours due to system delays.
No returns, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted once the voucher has been purchased and issued.

1. I bought a key by mistake (wrong platform / region / version or multiple copies) and didn’t use it. Can I get refund ?
No. All products are immediately paid for by our sellers and we cannot use the resold product again.

2. The CD-key that I purchased doesn’t work or stopped working. What should I do?

- My key is invalid: If you see an error message indicating that your key may be invalid, please check for the following: Are you activating the product on the proper platform? Have you copied the key properly?


- My key is region locked: If you see an error message suggesting that your key code can’t be activated in your region, please make sure to check first if you purchased your key for the correct region (by checking the product page on uquid.com). Some of the products sold on Uquid.com have regional restrictions and can be activated only in certain regions or countries.


-My key has already been used: If the error message suggests that your key code has been used already:
Log out of your account and log back in, then check your library again. If you tried to enter your key multiple times, it may be that you activated it already but didn’t see the game in your library yet; If the key you are trying to activate is for a DLC, it could be listed separately from the main game in your library. Make sure to check your library for DLCs or start the game to see if the code didn’t work already for you.
- My key has been revoked: If you receive an information that your key code has been deactivated by the developer of the game, please contact us immediately and let us know of what happened with your key.


3. I tried to pay, but my payment/transaction is still pending?
Depending on your payment method, the time needed to complete it can be different – for some methods, we will receive your payment in a few seconds, for others, we might need to wait a few minutes (it may be necessary to wait longer to wait confirmations from your blockchain network).
Because of that, we recommend that you never close the checkout window in your browser or go back from a payment that is already being processed in Uquid checkout. Closing your browser window while your payment is still pending can cause issues with it and as a result interrupt delivery of your order – we wouldn’t want that to happen.

4. My payment is completed, but it’s now stuck on “Verification in progress…”?
Sometimes, additional security checks might be needed to approve your payment and make sure that it is fully secure. If this happens, your transaction will be checked manually by one of our security agents.

5. My payment/transaction was refunded. When and how will I receive my funds back?

6. I didn’t receive my CD-key or any e-mail. What should I do?
Check the Spam/Junk folders on your mailbox to make sure that there are no new messages in them
Double check the e-mail address that you entered in the shopping cart during your purchase
Check the status of your order in the "Orders history"
Make sure to check if you haven't perhaps purchased a pre-order
