How to redeem HKTVmall e-voucher
1. Go to【Account】on the HKTVmall home page
2. Click on【Savings】
3. Click on【Redeem】
4. Enter the 10-digit redemption code, and click “Redeem Now”
5. The e-Gift Voucher will be sent to your HKTVmall account within 15 mins. You may refer to the “Notification” or confirmation email.
6. You can view the e-Gift Voucher under【Gift Voucher】
7. Add your favorite item to the shopping cart and enter the delivery and payment information
8. Select the number of e-Gift vouchers you want to use on the checkout page; you may confirm whether the deduction amount is correct in "Total Payment"

1. You must log in to HKTVmall account to redeem the HKTVmall e-vouchers.
2. This e-Gift voucher can only be used for online purchases at HKTVmall through its website (www.hktvmall.com) or mobile applications. (This e-Gift voucher does not apply to shopping in HKTVmall O2O shop, online shopping at HKTV Lite, payment by HKTVpay, transactions made at HKTV Wet Market Express, or any add-on app or service)
3. The redemption code can only redeem the assigned quantity and amount of HKTVmall e-vouchers.
4. The redemption code can only be redeemed once.
5. Once the redemption code is redeemed successfully, the HKTVmall e-Gift vouchers will be sent to your account, and it cannot be transferred to other accounts.
6. This e-Gift voucher cannot be used to purchase HKTVmall e-Gift voucher, Pre-Sale Fruits (O2O Pickup Only), AXA Insurance products, all products in gift card & e-voucher category (including Google Play Gift Code, App Store & iTunes Gift Card and music platform, streaming and gaming gift card).
7. The redemption code/ e-Gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or Mall Dollar cash rebate.
8. The redemption code cannot be used to settle any delivery charges and/ or extra charges arising from merchant delivery.
9. No refund or exchange for Mall Dollar will be made for any unused balance of the e-Gift voucher.
10. The e-Gift voucher can only be applied to HKTVmall orders by an individual customer for daily consumption. No bulk purchase or commercial purpose order using e-Gift vouchers is allowed. If any violations are found, orders will be cancelled without notice and without any refund or compensation.

1. I bought a key by mistake (wrong platform / region / version or multiple copies) and didn’t use it. Can I get refund ?
2. The CD-key that I purchased doesn’t work or stopped working. What should I do?
- My key is invalid: If you see an error message indicating that your key may be invalid, please check for the following: Are you activating the product on the proper platform? Have you copied the key properly?
- My key is region locked: If you see an error message suggesting that your key code can’t be activated in your region, please make sure to check first if you purchased your key for the correct region (by checking the product page on uquid.com). Some of the products sold on Uquid.com have regional restrictions and can be activated only in certain regions or countries.

If the error message suggests that your key code has been used already:
Log out of your account and log back in, then check your library again. If you tried to enter your key multiple times, it may be that you activated it already but didn’t see the game in your library yet;
If the key you are trying to activate is for a DLC, it could be listed separately from the main game in your library. Make sure to check your library for DLCs or start the game to see if the code didn’t work already for you.

If you receive an information that your key code has been deactivated by the developer of the game, please contact us immediately and let us know of what happened with your key.
3. I tried to pay, but my payment/transaction is still pending?
Because of that, we recommend that you never close the checkout window in your browser or go back from a payment that is already being processed in Uquid checkout. Closing your browser window while your payment is still pending can cause issues with it and as a result interrupt delivery of your order – we wouldn’t want that to happen.
