1. Golf service offered by WOGI and DreamFolks is not a membership to the Golf Club.
2. Acceptance of requests for bookings Golf games are subject to availability and acceptance at the
discretion of Golf clubs/ academies/ instructors.
3. Any person availing of Golf-related service hereunder will not be granted access unless the booking is
routed and processed via DreamFolks
4. Golf service is valid for access to Golf courses only. Customers and/ or accompanying persons (if any
are permitted) shall not have access to any other facilities at the Golf facility.
5. All Customers are required to pay for range balls, caddie fees, insurance, and/ or hire of equipment,
etc. directly at the Golf facility, wherever applicable.
6. All Customers and / accompanying persons must follow all local/ in-house/establishment usage rules,
including limits of access to use the facilities.
7. DreamFolks does not underwrite and/ or warrant the services performed by the Golf courses/
academies/ instructors and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency, delay, and/
or imperfection.
8. The benefits offered to the Customer are exclusive and are non-transferable under any circumstances.
9. All Customers must present photo identification as a matter of mandatory requirement for verification
at the Golf facility.
10. A Customer shall be permitted to make a booking a minimum of (fourteen) 14 clear days & maximum
for (thirty) 30 clear days in advance & can hold only one booking at a time.
11. It shall solely be the responsibility of the Customer to fulfil the minimum flight conditions in respect of
each booking request
12. Should the service be suspended and/ or cancelled after commencing the round due to rain, inclement
weather, and/ or for any other reason, there will be no refund of any pre-paid charges or reversal of
entitlement.
13. Handicap score/ card is mandatory for making bookings for Golf game.
14. Most Golf facilities have universally acceptable Golfing dress codes. However, customers are
encouraged to check with the respective golf course.
15. By booking/ availing the Service, it is deemed that the Customer has, before availing the Service read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions.

1. I bought a key by mistake (wrong platform / region / version or multiple copies) and didn’t use it. Can I get refund ?
2. The CD-key that I purchased doesn’t work or stopped working. What should I do?
- My key is invalid: If you see an error message indicating that your key may be invalid, please check for the following: Are you activating the product on the proper platform? Have you copied the key properly?
- My key is region locked: If you see an error message suggesting that your key code can’t be activated in your region, please make sure to check first if you purchased your key for the correct region (by checking the product page on uquid.com). Some of the products sold on Uquid.com have regional restrictions and can be activated only in certain regions or countries.

If the error message suggests that your key code has been used already:
Log out of your account and log back in, then check your library again. If you tried to enter your key multiple times, it may be that you activated it already but didn’t see the game in your library yet;
If the key you are trying to activate is for a DLC, it could be listed separately from the main game in your library. Make sure to check your library for DLCs or start the game to see if the code didn’t work already for you.
