Terms And Conditions

1. E-Voucher áp dụng cho dịch vụ GreenSM Taxi, GreenSM Luxury, GreenBike và Green Express hoặc các dịch vụ ra mắt trong tương lai trên ứng dụng GreenSM tại Việt Nam. 2. E-voucher có giá trị đến ngày ghi trên đó. 3. E-Voucher được áp dụng cho tất cả các ngày trong tuần, từ Thứ Hai đến Chủ Nhật, và các ngày Lễ, Tết theo quy định của pháp luật. 4. Đối với những hóa đơn sử dụng Dịch vụ có giá trị thấp hơn giá trị E-Voucher, khi sử dụng Khách hàng sẽ không có quyền nhận lại tiền thừa. 5. E-Voucher không bao gồm phụ phí, tiền tip, khách hàng vui vòng thanh toán phần tiền nàyphụ phí với tài xế (nếu có) 6. E-Voucher có thể được sử dụng một lần trong một chuyến đi và không thể sử dụng chung với các chương trình khuyến mãi khác. 7. E-Voucher chưa sử dụng và hết hạn sẽ được hủy bỏ và không hoàn lại trong bất kỳ trường hợp nào nếu lỗi phát sinh đến từ phía khách hàng. 8. The E-voucher is applicable for Green SM Taxi, Green SM Luxury, Green Bike, and Green Express services or services launched in the future on the Green SM app in Vietnam. 2. The E-voucher is valid until the date stated on it. 3. The E-voucher is applicable every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, and public holidays and Tet holidays per the law. 4. When the bill for using the service is less than the E-Voucher value, the customer will not receive a refund for the difference. 5. The E-voucher does not include surcharges or tips, customers are welcome to pay this part of the money surcharge (if any) with the driver. 6. The E-voucher can be used once during a single trip and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. 7. Unused and expired E-Vouchers will be canceled and will not be refunded under any circumstances if the fault arises from the customer's side. 8. GSM reserves the right to change and modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
