HOW IS IT SENT?  The voucher will be sent to your recipient's email address.

HOW DO I REDEEM?  The eGC voucher code is a barcode found on the upper right hand side of your email or upon clicking "View Voucher Code“. Simply proceed to any Robinsons' affiliated store, present the email or sms of the voucher to claim your gift certificate and enjoy your gift! Please maximize the brightness of your phone and present the actual clear copy of the voucher link during redemption to ensure readability of the barcode.

1.The eGC voucher has no expiry date, is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and discounts.
2.Printed barcodes are not accepted. eGC vouchers must be shown from a phone or any electronic device.
3.The eGC voucher can be partially redeemed and is reusable until zero balance. Extra charges will apply to items purchased in excess of the eGC voucher value.
4.The eGC voucher recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGC voucher. Both Gifted.ph and Merchant are not responsible for lost or stolen eGC vouchers.

 The barcode will be scanned by the cashier during payment. The gift voucher balance will be used as full/partial payment for your purchase.

• Each eGift has a unique barcode. To use the eGift at the store, the barcode must be shown to the cashier for scanning and validation.
• The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift. The recipient is recommended to show it only during payment at the store.
• The eGift may be used until the gift voucher balance is fully consumed.
• The eGift barcode must be shown from a phone or electronic device. Printed barcodes will not be honored by the cashier.
• If the purchase goes beyond the eGift amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference through any acceptable payment method of the store.
• Multiple eGifts may be used per transaction.
