Redemption Instructions

The gift card can be used as full or partial payment in all Danish H&M stores, H&M Home stores and on hm.com. The desired amount will be deducted from the gift card and any remaining amount on the card will appear on your receipt.
When purchasing on hm.com, enter your card number and PIN at checkout.

Gavekortet kan bruges som hel eller delvis betaling i alle danske H&M-butikker, H&M Home-butikker samt på hm.com. Det ønskede beløb fratrækkes gavekortet og et eventuelt restbeløb på kortet vil fremgå af din kvittering.
Ved køb på hm.com indtastes kortnummer og pinkode i kassen.

Terms of use

The gift card is valid for 5 years from the last activation date or last purchase. Can be used in all Danish H&M stores, H&M Home stores and on hm.com. When the card has expired, any remaining amount is lost and the card can no longer be topped up. H&M is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or deactivated gift cards. When the card is used, the applicable terms and conditions are accepted. H&M reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.

Shop Online: 

1. Select 'Add gift card' in the checkout process. 

2. Enter the gift card number and PIN code in the pop-up screen. 

3. Make sure to click “add” to apply the gift card towards your purchase. 

Shop in Stores: 

1. Display the gift card number and associated PIN on your mobile device or print it. 

2. Present this information to the sales advisor at checkout to type in. 

H&M Gift Card Activation

Step 1: At checkout, under the payment section, select "Add Gift Cards";

Step 2: In the pop-up window, enter the PIN of your H&M voucher and click "Save".
