Le H&M Gift card possono essere utilizzate nei negozi H&M e online su hm.com nel paese in cui la card è stata acquistata. Conserva la Gift card poiché il saldo può essere ricaricato. La H&M Gift card è valida per 3 anni dalla data dell'ultima attivazione o dell'ultimo acquisto. Alla scadenza del periodo di validità, la H&M Gift card non può più essere usata per l'acquisto o riattivata. Il credito residuo può essere però rimborsato solo decorsi 18 mesi dall’attivazione o dalla data della sua ultima ricarica. La H&M Gift card può essere usata finché il saldo della card è pari a zero. Se il saldo della card rimane a zero per tre mesi, la H&M Gift card perderà la sua validità e non potrà essere riattivata o riutilizzata. H&M non è responsabile per la perdita, il furto, il danneggiamento o l’uso non autorizzato della Gift card. H&M si riserva il diritto di interpretare o modificare i presenti Termini e Condizioni senza preavviso. Shop Online: 

1. Select 'Add gift card' in the checkout process. 

2. Enter the gift card number and PIN code in the pop-up screen. 

3. Make sure to click “add” to apply the gift card towards your purchase. 

Shop in Stores: 

1. Display the gift card number and associated PIN on your mobile device or print it. 

2. Present this information to the sales advisor at checkout to type in.

Step 1: At checkout, under the payment section, select "Add Gift Cards";

Step 2: In the pop-up window, enter the PIN of your H&M voucher and click "Save".
