How to use a GrabGifts voucher?
A. Transport
1. Select the 'Transport' icon, and enter pick up and drop off locations
2. Select a fleet option and click on the 'Promo' tab
3. Enter your promo code and select 'Use Now' to apply
4. ‘Book’ to start riding!
B. Food
1. Select the 'Food' icon and add items to your cart
2. Select 'View Basket' and review your order
3. Click on the 'Add a promo' tab and enter your promo code
4. 'Place order' and enjoy your meal!
C. Delivery
1. Select the 'Delivery' icon, and enter pick up and drop off locations
2. Enter the recipient and item information
3. Enter your promo code and select 'Use Now' to apply
4. Confirm and book to send your parcel!
Restriction
1. GrabGifts may only be redeemed in the Grab Application. Users should ensure that they have downloaded the latest version of the Grab Application.
2. Each GrabGift may only be redeemed once. Any unused GrabGifts amount will be forfeited. If your transaction value exceeds the GrabGifts value, you will be required to top up the shortfall. GrabGifts may not be applied toward Grab platform fees.
3. All GrabGift purchases are final and cannot be canceled or exchanged by you.
