Gift Cards, eGift Cards and Shop Cards may not be used as payment on a Crate & Barrel Credit Card account. Purchases will be deducted from each card's balance until the value reaches zero dollars. Funds on this eGift Card do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. How to redeem

Redeem online or in stores at CB2, Crate & Barrel, Crate & Kids, including Outlets. CB2 Gift Cards may be redeemed online at cb2.com or crateandbarrel.com. They may also be used at our CB2 and Crate and Barrel stores (U.S. only, including Outlets) or by phone for catalog orders.

It’s easy to make purchases with your Gift/eGift Card or Shop/eShop Card online. Just make your selections and proceed to Checkout as usual. From the Payment Page, click on Use a Gift/eGift Card. For Gift or Shop Cards, enter your card number and PIN located beneath the scratch-off area on the back of the card; for eGift or eShop Cards, enter the card number and PIN that appear together. Then click Apply Gift Card.

If you have more than one Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card, enter the information for each card you wish to use. Our system will perform the appropriate calculations.

Please note: Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Cards may be used in combination with a credit card to complete your transaction.
