This card expires either 24 months after the date of issue or 24 months from the last transaction (whichever comes later). Any balance is cancelled on expiry.

3. When it's time to pay, inform the staff member at the till that you would like to use a gift card.

4. Present the gift card to the staff member. They will scan the card or enter the gift card number into their system to deduct the amount from your bill.

5. If there is any remaining balance on the gift card after your purchase, the staff member will provide you with a receipt that shows the remaining balance.

Please note that the National Trust gift card can only be activated and used within the United Kingdom. 1. National Trust gift cards can be purchased online or in person at any National Trust property in the United Kingdom.

2. Gift cards can be loaded with any amount between £10 and £500.

3. Gift cards can be used to pay for admission, membership fees, and purchases at National Trust properties in the United Kingdom.

4. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or exchanged for cash.

5. If the full balance on a gift card is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will be shown on the receipt and can be used for future purchases until the balance is used up.

6. Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. After 24 months, any remaining balance on the gift card will expire.

7. Lost or stolen gift cards can be replaced, but a replacement fee may apply.

8. National Trust reserves the right to amend these policies at any time.
