Terma dan Syarat

Kad Hadiah Lazada tidak akan diganti/dibayar balik jika hilang, dicuri, rosak atau tamat tempoh.
Kad Hadiah Lazada yang tidak ditebus akan tamat tempoh selepas tarikh sah.
Kad Hadiah Lazada sah untuk digunakan sekali sahaja dalam tempoh sah.
Jika nilai pesanan anda melebihi nilai Kad Hadiah, sebarang baki pesanan tertunggak mesti dibayar menggunakan kaedah pembayaran yang berbeza. Jika nilai pesanan anda kurang daripada nilai Kad Hadiah, baki nilai kad hadiah akan dilucutkan dan tidak boleh ditebus Kad Hadiah Lazada tidak boleh digunakan dengan mana-mana baucar lain dalam satu pesanan semasa pembayaran.
Kesahan Kad Hadiah adalah untuk tempoh maksimum 180 hari dari tarikh pembelian dan tidak boleh dibatalkan.
Kad Hadiah yang dikeluarkan tidak boleh "disahkan semula" iaitu tiada perubahan tarikh sah dalam apa jua keadaan, termasuk dalam kes tamat tempoh.
Kad Hadiah bukan baucar tunai.
Kad Hadiah tidak boleh dikembalikan atau ditukar kepada sebarang alternatif tunai. Tiada alternatif tunai atau bayaran balik atau kredit akan ditawarkan sebagai ganti Nilai Kad Hadiah.
Kad Hadiah boleh ditebus di platform Lazada (sama ada di laman web Lazada atau di aplikasi Lazada).
Tiada pembelian minimum diperlukan di platform Lazada untuk menebus Kad Hadiah.
Hanya satu (1) Kad Hadiah boleh digunakan untuk satu pembelian.
Kad Hadiah tidak boleh digabungkan dan terkumpul.
Tertakluk kepada subklausa (j) di bawah, Kad Hadiah boleh ditebus hanya satu (1) kali untuk satu pembelian mana-mana barangan, tetapi tidak termasuk caj penghantaran / kurier.
Kad Hadiah tidak boleh ditebus untuk sebarang barangan digital, barang kemas halus/emas, lampin bayi, makanan bayi, susu formula bayi, tiket, baucar, tambah nilai telefon bimbit dan produk insurans.
Akaun perlu dibuat di platform Lazada untuk menebus Kad Hadiah.
Lazada berhak untuk mengubah, membatalkan, menamatkan atau menggantung Kad Hadiah atau mana-mana bahagian daripadanya atau mana-mana bahagian terma dan syarat yang berkenaan dari semasa ke semasa, dengan atau tanpa sebarang notis terlebih dahulu.

1. Lazada Gift Card will not be replaced/reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
2. Unredeemed Lazada Gift Cards will expire after the validity date.
3. The Lazada Gift Card is valid for use only once during the validity period.
4. If the value of your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, any outstanding order balance must be paid using a different payment method. If the value of your order is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining gift card value will be forfeited and not be redeemable Lazada Gift Card cannot be used with any other voucher in a single order at the time of checkout.
5. Gift Card’s validity will be for a maximum period of 180 days from the date of purchase and cannot be cancelled.
6. Gift Card issued shall not be "revalidated" i.e. no validity date changes under any circumstances including in case expired.
7. Gift Card is not a cash voucher.
8. Gift Card cannot be refunded or converted into any cash alternatives. No cash alternatives or refund or credit will be offered in lieu of the Gift Card Value.
9. Gift Cards can be redeemed on the Lazada’s platform (either on Lazada website or on Lazada app).

How to redeem

Users can redeem gift cards by entering the code in the Gift Card redemption page that can be found in the Lazada Wallet to be used as wallet credits or to be sent as gifts.
1. Go to the Lazada Gift Card section via the Wallet icon under the Home page or directly via the Account page.
2. Enter the code of your Lazada Gift Card then click on "Redeem".
3. Once redeemed, it will be topped up to your Lazada Wallet.

Restriction

1. Take note that you need an activated Lazada Wallet to redeem Gift Cards. If your wallet is inactive, you will be asked to activate it first.
2. Lazada Gift Cards are non-withdrawable.
