Redemption Online Instructions

1. 此卡僅限天貓超市中使用，天貓/淘寶 APP 及電腦端天貓超市均支持用此卡結算。 
2. 此卡需在天貓/手機淘寶 APP 裡點擊【天貓超市】— 底部【超市卡】— 點擊【綁卡】。 
3. 輸入卡號和密碼即可，僅支持全額綁定。在天貓超市中購物結算時，在提交訂單頁面選擇「天貓超市 ● 享淘卡」支付。 


1. This E-Gift card can only be used in Tmall Supermarket. It is supported for checkout on the Tmall/Taobao app and the Tmall Supermarket on a computer. 
2. To use this E-Gift card, click on "Tmall Supermarket" - at the bottom "Supermarket Card" - and then "Bind Card" in the Tmall/Taobao app. 
3. Enter the card number and password to bind the card. Only full amount binding is supported. When shopping in Tmall Supermarket, select Tmall Supermarket.

Terms And Conditions

1. 此卡不記名、不掛失、不提現、不補辦。 
2. 此卡可多次使用，可疊加。 
3. 此卡暫時不支持郵費抵扣、分階段付款訂單、代付及貨到付款等，具體以公示規則為準，實際按照提交訂單頁面「天貓超市 ● 享淘卡」顯示為準。 
4. 此卡一經售出，概不退換。 
5. 請在有效期內使用，逾期作廢。 
6. 在使用天貓超市卡消費時，天貓超市不再開具發票。 
7. 請保管好自己的卡號和密碼，一旦洩露或丟失，本公司概不負責。 


1. This E-Gift card is non-personalized, non-replaceable, non-redeemable, and non-reissuable. 
2. It can be used multiple times and can be stacked. 
3. Currently, it does not support postage deductions, installment payments, proxy payments, or cash on delivery. Specific rules are subject to public announcement. Actual deductions will be based on the Tmall Supermarket Enjoy Card displayed on the order submission page. 
4. Once sold, this card is non-refundable. 
5. Please use within the validity period; it will be void after expiration. 
6. Tmall Supermarket will not issue invoices for purchases made with the Tmall Supermarket card.
