 2. Select your country code and enter your mobile number / email. Once complete, click on “Continue.”
 3. An OTP will be sent to your WhatsApp/SMS/Email
 4. Enter your name. The name must match the name on the boarding pass/ticket to ensure access is granted only to the rightful owner.
 5. Your dedicated lounge package will be displayed. Click on “Browse.”
 6. Select the airport.
 7. Select your preferred lounge and click “Access Now.”
 8. Lounge information will be displayed. Each e-voucher is valid for complimentary access for one person only. You may choose to add additional guests, which will require a separate payment. If not, click “Proceed.”
 9. A one-time QR code will be shown. Proceed to the lounge counter and present the QR code.
 10. If you click “Done” in Step 9, you will be directed to the homepage. You may then click on “Details” to view your one-time QR code. Kindly note that the QR code is only available for 48 hours, once expired you will need to restart the booking process.

 3. 참여 라운지는 최대 이용 시간 정책(일반적으로 2시간 또는 3시간)을 적용할 권리가 있습니다. 이는 각 라운지 운영자의 재량에 따라 결정되며, 연장 이용 시 요금이 부과될 수 있으며, 해당 요금은 고객이 직접 부담해야 합니다(해당되는 경우).
 4. 라운지 이용 전, 바우처/카드에 기재된 고객 이름과 탑승권/티켓에 기재된 이름을 대조하여 해당 카드 소지자/바우처 소지자만 라운지를 이용할 수 있도록 합니다.
 4. 무료 주류 및/또는 기타 음료 제공(서비스의 일환으로 제공되는 경우, 그리고 현지 법률이 허용하는 경우)은 각 참여 라운지 운영자의 재량에 따라 이루어지며, 경우에 따라 제한될 수 있습니다.
 5. 각 라운지는 특정 음식 제공 및 어린이 관련 정책을 준수합니다. 고객은 입장 전 라운지에 사전 문의해야 합니다.
 6. 라운지 직원은 라운지 이용을 조기에 종료하거나, 음주 상태이거나, 질서를 어지럽히는 행동을 하거나, 기타 라운지 이용 약관을 위반하는 고객의 입장을 거부할 권리가 있습니다.
 7. 서비스를 예약/이용함으로써, 서비스 제공자 및/또는 고객은 서비스 이용 전에 서비스와 관련된 모든 약관을 읽고 이해했으며 이에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

 1. Access to the lounge will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
 2. Access to/ usage of service(s) may be subject to terms & conditions and restrictions imposed by the lounge and/or governing authorities.
 3. Participating lounges reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 2 or 3 hours). This is at the discretion of the individual lounge operator, and it may impose a charge for extended stays, which is to be borne directly by the Customer (if applicable).
 4. Before availing the lounges access, name of Customer on the voucher/ card will be matched with the name on the boarding pass/ ticket to ensure access is being availed by the entitled cardholder/ voucher holder only.
 4. The provision of free alcoholic and/ or any other drinks (if applicable as part of Service, and wherever local law permits) is at the discretion of each participating lounge operator and in some cases may be limited. 
 5. Each lounge follows certain food offerings, and child-related policy, Customer should make prior inquiries in this respect with the lounge before entry.
 6. Lounge staff has the right to terminate the lounge visit early or to refuse entry to a Customer who is either intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly fashion or is otherwise in violation of the terms and conditions of the lounge conditions.
 7. By booking/ availing the Service, it is deemed that the Service Receiver and/ or Customer has, before availing the Service read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions associated with the Service.
