2. บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับส่วนลดหรือรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่น ๆ ได้
3. บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถขอรับเงินคืนหรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้ไม่ว่าจะเป็นบางส่วนหรือเต็มจำนวน และบัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้ทำรายการได้เพียงครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น
4. มูลค่าคงเหลือของบัตรไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนเป็นเงินสดได้หากยอดซื้อของลูกค้าต่ำกว่ามูลค่าที่ระบุไว้บนหน้าบัตร
5. สินค้าที่ซื้อโดยใช้บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถนำมาเปลี่ยนได้ภายใน 30 วันหลังการซื้อ แต่ไม่สามารถคืนหรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินได้

2. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions
3. The voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash in part or in full and is valid for a single transaction only
4. No residue value will be returned if the purchase is below the value indicated on the voucher
5. Products paid for with the vouchers can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase but cannot be returned or refunded
6. Not applicable for online purchase
7. Vouchers cannot be redeemed to purchase H&M vouchers
8. Hthai (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Reserves the right to amend and change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

How to redeem

Shop Online: 

1. Select 'Add gift card' in the checkout process. 

2. Enter the gift card number and PIN code in the pop-up screen. 

3. Make sure to click “add” to apply the gift card towards your purchase. 

Shop in Stores: 

1. Display the gift card number and associated PIN on your mobile device or print it. 

2. Present this information to the sales advisor at checkout to type in. 

H&M Gift Card Activation

Step 1: At checkout, under the payment section, select "Add Gift Cards";

Step 2: In the pop-up window, enter the PIN of your H&M voucher and click "Save".
