To redeem your e-Gift Card, open the East Buy app or the East Buy Member Store WeChat Mini-Program and navigate to "My Profile" (我的) > "Gift Cards" (礼品卡) > "Bind Gift Card" (绑定礼品卡); once linked, simply select the e-gift card option at checkout to apply it to your order.

Terms And Conditions

1. 此礼品卡不支持退换,可多次使用,可叠加使用。
2. 此礼品卡可以在东方甄选APP、东方甄选会员店微信小程序上购买自营商品（“自营商品”指在商品名称或商详页明确标注为自营的商品），当自营商品与非自营商品合并结算时无法使用礼品卡。暂无法使用东方甄选礼品卡购买非自营商品（包括虚拟产品、第三方卖家商品及受国家政策影响、法律另有限制性规定涉及的商品），礼品卡不能用于支付运费、不能用于购买东方甄选礼品卡和东方甄选会员卡。
3. 此礼品卡不得兑换现金及找零，可多次使用，无法使用东方甄选礼品卡购买非自营商品。
4. 请在有效期内使用此礼品卡，逾期作废。
5. 请保管好自己的礼品卡，一旦泄露或丢失，本公司概不负责。
6. 使用东方甄选礼品卡消费，不再开具发票。
7. 使用规则及售后规则，请以东方甄选品牌规则为准。


1. This e-gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. It can be used multiple times and stacked with other e-gift cards for a single purchase.
2. This e-Gift Card is valid for purchasing self-operated products (refer to items explicitly labeled as such in the product name or details page) on the "East Buy" (Dongfang Zhenxuan) app and the "East Buy Member Store" WeChat mini-program.
Restrictions: The e-gift card cannot be used if self-operated and non-self-operated items are combined in the same checkout.
Exclusions: Currently, the e-gift card cannot be used for: Non-self-operated products (including virtual products and third-party seller items). Products are restricted by national policies or legal regulations.
2a. This e-gift card does not cover shipping fees or the purchase of other East Buy e-gift cards or membership cards.
3. This e-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or change. It can be used for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted; however, it remains restricted to self-operated products only.
4. Please use the e-Gift Card within its validity period. It will become void upon expiration.
5. Please keep your e-Gift Card information secure. The company is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use resulting from a leak of card details or a lost card.
6. Purchases made using this e-Gift Card are not eligible for further official invoices.
7. All usage and after-sales rules are subject to the official brand policies of East Buy.
